Responsibilities:

Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties

Requirements:

• Degree holder/ Tertiary Education with Professional membership in HKICS/ ICSA
• Student Member/ Associate Member of HKICS/ ICSA will be considered
• Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in full range of company secretarial duties in listed company
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• High proficiency in PC operations such MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Company Secretarial Officer

Working Location: Tsing Yi (Shuttle Bus from Kwai Fong MTR station)
