Responsibilities 

• Handle billing operations, accounts receivables and payables specific to the media industry
• Issue and dispatch the sales invoices properly, accurately, timely and in compliance with client requirements
• Input vendor invoices into the accounting system
• Prepare invoicing and cost reconciliations
• Liaise with clients, vendors and internal departments to sort out problems
• Assist Accounting Supervisor in performing ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements 

• Form 5 with LCC Intermediate or above
• Minimum 2 years accounting or auditing experience
• Responsible, hardworking and attentive to details
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with excel and word
• Immediate availability is preferred

Working Location: Cyberport (數碼港), Hong Kong
