Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day repair & maintenance of commercial, residential & officer properties
• Preparation of tender documents, supervising & monitoring of maintenance & repairing works
• Liaise and co-ordinate with tenants, occupiers, contractors, government authorizes and relevant internal parties
• Assist in managing fitting-out, addition & alteration, as well as improvement projects fitting-out & reinstatement for the Group’s designated properties
• Assist in building works/ building services engineering design, drafting and review to ensure the compliance of statutory requirement

Requirements:

• Degree Holder of Building Services Engineering / Building Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience preferably in property management company, consultant or contractor firm
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Chinese Windows and AutoCAD is essential
