We are looking for a strong candidate to join our Backoffice / Client Services team.

 Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Assist handling the invoicing process and month-end closing
• Follow up billing enquires to shorten the process
• Ensure client data accuracy and completeness (KYC process)
• Handle internal report and documentation
• Assist and handle Ad-hoc projects assigned by our Chief Operating Officer

 Job requirement:

• Diploma or above, ideally in finance or accounting
• Fluent English is necessary
• Able to work quickly and accurately
• System-oriented, with strong excel skills.
