Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of accounts and three statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
• Prepare monthly management reports, schedules and perform various analysis
• Responsible for general accounting functions
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, budget analysis and cash flow analysis
• Handle tax computations and returns
• Liaise with external auditors
• Handle payment and petty cash counts and journals
• Manage various accounts payable and receivables functions and input relevant data to general ledger system
• Assist with the operation and data management of the accounting system
• Document handling, filing and data processing
• Assist in other ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree or above in Accounting or Finance
• Preferably with accounting and auditing experience
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong self-motivation, sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
• High degree of work commitment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese word processing
