Responsibilities:

Provide clerical and administrative support to the department.

Handle documents, reports and invoices.

Data entry and maintain the filing system of the department.

Assist in sorting, organizing and updating sales data of the internal database.

On-job-training will be provided to the selected candidate.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above.

1-2 years of relevant working experience preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome.

Detail-minded, sensitive to numbers and figures, well-organized, willing to learn, responsible and self-motivated.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
