Job Description

Requirement:

Degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
At least 2 years’ related working experiences in sizable organization, preferably in Manufacturing Company
Well versed in HK employment ordinances
Mature, good communication and interpersonal skills
Independent, details oriented and willing to work under pressure
Good in both written and spoken English and Fluent Mandarin
Good knowledge of PC operation

Job Description:

Report to Group HR Manager
To be responsible for HK daily HR operations including recruitment, employees’ leave policy and compensation and employee relations
To support all recruitment activities of the company and employment cycle including job advertisement posting, sourcing, offer and contract preparation
To liaise and maintain good relationship with all internal and external parties for HR related matters
To prepare and update various regular HR reports
To maintain and update HRIS system
To assist in ad-hoc projects/assignments
