Responsibilities:

• To provide daily administrative support to Sales Department
• To prepare sales report and all other documents to facilitate business decision making & monitor target achievement
• To coordinate with internal & external parties, like sales and merchandisers to facilitate the Sales team operation
• To implement Standard Operation Procedure and ensure the Company internal instructions/requirements and procedures are followed
• To review and streamline working procedures to improve operation efficiency accordingly to business and customer needs
• To prepare the internal & external documents for new product launch, promotion & pricing.
• To perform ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related disciplines, familiar in Business related disciplines would be an advantage
• Good analytical thinking and sensitive to Numeric
• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table), PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills, initiative and hardworking
• A good team player and be able to work independently 
• Well-organized and detail-oriented 
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese. Mandarin is preferable.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Administration Officer
