Responsibilities

• To identify Sales and Customer Services Department training needs and customize training programs
• To conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
• To maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
• To design, organize and deliver training in products knowledge, Selling skills & Customer Service skills
• To follow up and evaluate the staff progress to ensure training effectiveness
• To work with the Manager to drive training and development initiatives for staff with the objective of meeting business goals
• Assist in editing and revising SOPs
• Assist in coordinating and executing internal audit

職責

• 主要訂定銷售部及客戶服務部培訓需求，負責設計及執行培訓計劃
• 進行有效的入職及任職導向培訓
• 了解及跟進培訓的發展趨勢及實際運行
• 負責設計、組織培訓教材，讓僱員了解公司產品、提昇銷售技巧及客戶服務質素
• 定期分析、評估、跟進培訓成果及員工的技巧水平
• 需要定期向經理匯報培訓進程，並積極推動員工培訓及發展計劃，以配合公司發展
• 協助編寫及修正標準作業程序
• 統籌及執行內部審核

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Management/Human Resource or other related disciplines
• Hold a Professional Certificate in Training is an advantage
• At least 2 years in-house training experiences, out-door sales experience with good results is preferred
• Energetic, independent, self-confident and well organized
• Be a good team player with excellent communication skills, presentation skills; able to work with people at different level
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
• Knowledge in ISO9001:2008/2015 or Quality Assurance is a definite advantage
• Outdoor onsite training in need
• Candidates with more relevant experiences will be considered as Assistant Training Manager
• Immediate available is highly preferred

• 商業管理或人力資源學位資格或相關資歷
• 持有專業培訓證書將是一個優勢
• 2年或以上培訓經驗，擁戶外銷售經驗者更佳
• 積極、具獨立處事能力、有自信及良好組織能力
• 擁有良好人際交往能力、溝通能力、表達能力，能與不同資歷人士合作
• 良好中、英文書寫及會話
• 熟悉電腦操作(Word, Excel and Power Point) 及懂中文輸入法(倉頡/速成)
• 熟悉ISO9001:2008/2015或品質管制會是一個優勢
• 需於戶外進行實地培訓
• 較多相關經驗者可被考慮為培訓副經理
• 能即時上班者優先考慮

Work Location: Montery Plaza, Kwun Tong

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00

Benefit: Bank Holidays, Annual Leave, Year-end Bonus
