Job Profile

You will be working under the Civil & Structural team based in Hong Kong, to assist the team to prepare BIM deliverable works within the Structural and MEP disciplines.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Responsible for creating and maintaining Building Information Models;
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines on design changes and model changes;
• Compliance with BIM standards where imposed;
• Support and assist the Principal Engineers / Senior Engineers in preparation of framing plan and structural drawings.

Person Specification / Qualification

• Holder of Diploma or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Services Engineering or CAD related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years of solid BIM modelling working experiences in Structural / Building Services
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and MS Office Suite applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
