Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Manage and lead the team in the retail store located in Sai Ying Pun
- All Store Operating Targets and KPIs
- Supervises the service team and provide excellent customer services to achieve the sales target
- Leading and developing a motivated, committed and high performing store team
- Driving operational, visual and customer service standards in store
- Brand Integrity and market awareness
Requirements:
- Educated in or knowledge of the Food Retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills and "hands on" approach
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in F & B
- Western Food knowledge vital
- Wine knowledge bonus
- Passionate of Service excellence
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills, service oriented, independent as well as a good team player
- Mature, self-motivated
- Proficient in English
- MUST have HKID / valid work visa and eligible to work in Hong Kong
- Immediately available is highly preferred
