Job Duties

1. Support administrative and clerical work of HR Department     
2. Weekly / Monthly Headcount reports management
3. Turnover analysis
4. Employees database and O-chart management
5. Presentation materials in excel and powerpoint format
6. Lisaie with recruitment agencies on interview arrangements
7. Logistics supports for staff activities / event / trainings
8. Any other ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned

 Requirements

1. Adaptable and willing to learn
2. Knowledge on local labor ordinance
3. Well-organized and detail-oriented
4. Good command on English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
5. Good computer operational skills
