Job Description

As a member of our Project Management Team in Hong Kong, the Project Manager will assist in the servicing of key accounts, as well as new and prospective clients, by liaising with client contacts, company sales team and both our in-house and external translators to ensure a smooth order flow and strict adherence to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution and be responsible for the entire project life cycle
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients and vendors
• Handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure high quality of project deliverables, maximize efficiency and profitability, and manage client expectations
• Network and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to clarify project parameters
• Track budget, monitor and maintain project financials, including month-end activities and billings
• Perform project secretariat duties for key accounts and submit project statistics & updates

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3 years of work experience, preferably with experience in client servicing
• Knowledge of translation or experience in language service industry a definite plus
• Good command of English and Putonghua
• Competent in MS Office applications and willing to learn new technologies
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task
• Meticulous and highly responsible
