Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling leasing enquiries, tenancy administration, preparation of budget and management reports and conducting market research and analysis
• Co-ordination on takeover / handover of premises, fitting-out and renovation works
• Maintain good tenants relationship

 Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent, preferably in Surveying / Estate Management / Business
• Minimum of 4 years experience in leasing, preferably with major developers
• Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Good team player
• Good PC skills
