Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing and managing sales function in PRC market
• Monitor the sales and distribution activities of distributor in various cities
• Develop and implement sales strategic plans to achieve the territorial goals
• Expand new business opportunities
• Execute new product launch plans and work closely with internal department to generate concepts for sales/promotional campaigns and sales activities
• Communicate with each distributor to gather feedback for strategic and spontaneous distribution/sales tactics development
• Manage and co-ordinate with other department for all I/E procedure
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by his/her supervisor

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
• Experience in managing PRC market’s Sales & Distribution functions
• Successful track records of selling to major distributors
• Excellent business building, leadership, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
• Sound Excel spreadsheet skill to analyse sales data and preparation of budget
• Meticulous, high positive attitude and integrity
• Good analytical mind with a high degree of self-motivation
• Energetic, proactive and outgoing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin dialects
• Frequent travel to PRC required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive
