Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle phone inquiries from customer such as maintenance service, order status, billing checking
Provide excellent customer services
Providing feedback to relevant departments to help improve our customer experience.

Requirements:

Diploma or above with 1 year customer services experience
Higher Diploma or above with no working experience will be consider as junior position
Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
Good spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin is preferable

Working Location: Shatin / Kowloon Bay

Work hour: 0800 - 2200, 9 hours per day, 8 days day off per month
