Job Description

Job Duties:

  • To assist in project administration and coordination works with internal and external parties including design, sales, production team and / or other related duties.
  • To issue quotation, invoice, purchase order, and maintain filing system, etc
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements: 

  • More than 3 years working experience.
  • Familiar with MS office (English & Chinese).
  • Smart, very well organized, excellent attention and sensitive to details, and have perfect time management skills.
  • Good personality and communication skill with a pleasant mind.
  • Good spoken & written English & Mandarin.
  • Possess project administration experience is a definite advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred
