Job Description
Job Duties:
- To assist in project administration and coordination works with internal and external parties including design, sales, production team and / or other related duties.
- To issue quotation, invoice, purchase order, and maintain filing system, etc
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- More than 3 years working experience.
- Familiar with MS office (English & Chinese).
- Smart, very well organized, excellent attention and sensitive to details, and have perfect time management skills.
- Good personality and communication skill with a pleasant mind.
- Good spoken & written English & Mandarin.
- Possess project administration experience is a definite advantage
- Immediate available is preferred
