Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional and polite manner
• Arrange conference room reservations and keep the tidiness of reception area
• Handle outside work schedule of office assistant
• Coordinate the dispatch and distribution of local and overseas parcels/documents
• Provide administrative and clerical support for HR & Admin. Department
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by seniors
  

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
