Job Description

• Report to Supply Chain Manager
• Develop supply chain strategies, refine policies and procedures 
• Lead and motivate subordinates to achieve team objectives
• Deliver effective supply chain solutions to help driving costs and stock out of the end to end supply chain, and increasing efficiencies
• Responsible for inventory control & shipment arrangement and work closely with various departments to achieve on-time fulfillment and resolve supply issues
• Support general administrative duties and prepare data analysis summary, i.e. delivery report, vendor performance chat, on-time delivery table, etc.
• Produce and review monthly supply chain KPI reports, and ensure action plans are in place
• Monitor order process to ensure timely and efficient operations, in line with the business KPI and customer requirements
• Ensure outstanding orders and shipments are continually monitored and actioned
• Assist in any other ad hoc projects that may be required by the Supervisors

Requirements

• Degree holder of statistics, supply chain, logistics and operations management, business administration, or relevant disciplines
• Over 2 years of relevant working experiences at supply chain and logistic operations
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
• Good statistical software skills (including Excel)
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Pro-active and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal & coordination skill, hard-working, initiative and willing to take responsibility
• Frequency travel to PRC
• Immediate available is preferred
