cWe need a support staff to support our immigration and company services works. Your job is to:

1) collect and review client's documents and information according to the checklist

2) fill-in and prepare all required application forms

3) contact client to follow-up outstanding documents and information

4) go to immigration department to submit the application and/or collect the visa

5) record and update the client status

6) review the government websites for update information

Below is the requirements for this post:

1) have Matriculated or post-secondary education

2) have experience in immigration industry is prefer

3) good at form filling, paper works and/or record keeping

4) good communication skills (both spoken and written)  in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

5) a detailed-mind and attentive person

5) good at MS Office and Adobe Acrobat

6) Willing to work overtime (early in the morning) and outdoor
