Principle Responsibilities

• Create new and update existing accounts
• Assist in managing daily collection activities
• Handle cash receipts and AR settlement
• Prepare and Analyze AR Aging and DSO report
• Communicate with other departments, as well as, management to alert them to any problems and/or high risk situations
• Negotiate with customers to expedite collection efforts in a customer centric manner
• Evaluate new account applications and establish credit parameters for all transactions to control the credit risk
• Assist Asia Credit Manager to support daily operation and ah-hoc assignment

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting or Finance discipline or equivalent experience in Collection or Accounts Receivable and/or Credit Review
• 2 year experiences or above preferably in Credit Control or MNC
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• MS Office and Accounting Systems
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediately available preferred
