Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • All round service administration duties
  • Handle customer enquiry, such as incoming calls, fax and email
  • Follow up documentation related to aftermarket sales, such as quotation preparation, order processing & local delivery arrangement
  • Handle the renew of maintenance contract plans with customers
  • Warranty claim handling
  • Provide supports on administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry

Requirements

  • Diploma or above, with 1 years of experience in customer services
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel,
  • Good command of Chinese and English communication and written skills
  • Working experience in Service Administration Field is an advantage
