Job Description

• Implement best practices in areas such as on time delivery , quality, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, 5S to achieve operational excellence and contribute to achieving the organizations desired productivity and profitability.
• Managing the manufacturing and monitoring the daily factory matters .
• Improvement and control of above processes in terms of lead time, output and costs.
• Plan, formulate and implement operational and organizational policies and procedures in the various departments.
• Assure efficient and economical utilization of materials and equipment.
• Support, develop and coordination of the factory management.
• Energize and motivate a group of successful long term local employees.
• Enabling positive development of existing and new staff .
• Managing people and machinery in a multi-process, multi-product manufacturing environment with culturally diverse Chinese and Expatriate staff.
• Keep communication and cooperation closely with Merchandising Dept., R&D Dept., Mould Dept. and QC Dept., and HR Dept.

Requirements

• Experience in construction or building material          
• Degree holder or Polytechnic Diploma in manufacturing management / engineering disciplines.
• At least 10 years experience in manufacturing industry holding a senior position in a sizeable operation
• Quality management and change management skills
• Experience of managing a minimum of 2000 staff factory.
• Working knowledge of production scheduling, procurement & MRP.
• Knowledge of principles and tools of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement in a low volume, high quality manufacturing facility
• Working knowledge of production scheduling, procurement & MRP.
• Language: Good in written and spoken Cantonese , Putonghua and English.
• Working in Shenzhen and Huizhou
