Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for HRIS changeover/enhancement project and the implementation of all HRIS initiatives
  • Responsible for on-going system maintenance and future system development and enhancement
  • Develop test plans for the HRIS and coordinate User Acceptance Test
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the functionality of the HRIS
  • Liaise with IT Department and HRIS vendor to ensure project deadlines are meet
  • Conduct user training and prepare training materials
  • Involve in all round HR functions including compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations, etc.
  • Assist to complete the C&B benchmarking questionnaires and conduct the analysis.
  • Assist to prepare HR analysis reports to management
  • Provide support and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holders in Human Resources Management or Information Technology/Computer Studies or Mathematics or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ relevant solid working experience in C&B and HRIS, with experience in implementing employee self-service HRIS preferred
  • Knowledge of salary review, payroll process, performance management and statistical analysis reports preparation.
  • Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances
  • Independent, take the initiative & ownership for completing the task to achieve a quality service and ability to meet deadlines
  • Being a good team player, responsible and high integrity, good communication and organization skills
  • Good numeric and analytical mind with high accuracy and attentive to details
  • Proficient in computer software applications including Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, able to speak Putonghua is a definite advantage.
  • Immediate available is preferred
