Responsibilities:

• Greet the guests and pick up phone calls in a professional manner;
• Handle enquiries and maintain the presentation of the reception area;
• Handle mail and fax distribution ;
• Provide support of administrative duties;
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with good attitude are welcome;
• Good command of spoken & written Cantonese and Mandarin and able tocommunicate in English;
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Pleasant character with excellent telephone manner and communication skills;
• Short notice/ immediately available.
