• HKIS/RICS members or equivalent.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years QS experience in Contractor or QS Consultant Firms.
• Preferably with relevant experience in pre- and post-contract works, particularly in tender/BQ preparation works for the contract types of Design & Build, Drawings and Specification etc.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Project Quantity Surveyors.
