Job Description

We are seeking potential applicants to manage our BIM/5D BIM teams.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of BIM teams
• Co-ordinate with clients, consultants, quantity surveyors in relation to BIM/5D BIM matters
• Allocate resources to various projects
• Provide supervision and training to junior staff
• Report to senior management

Requirements:

• Professional Member of Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling
• Degree holder in construction related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years experience in manager capacity
• Familiar with construction concepts, practices, and procedure
• Strong knowledge and implementation of BIM processes
• Site construction experience is preferred
• Working experience on 5D BIM is definitely an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Applicants with more experience will be considered as senior BIM manager
