Responsibilities:

• Liaise and communicate with clients/ designers and formulate design concept for individual projects under the direction of Design Director;
• Assist Director in daily team operation and management includes but not limits to project management, design review, project and team members scheduling, marketing meeting and client relationship -development.
• Assist Director in people management within the team under the Director’s guidance.
• Be responsible to supervise and monitor team discipline in compliance with Company’s policies and procedures as well as Director’s instruction.
• Be responsible for daily communication and coordination on behalf of Director locally and with other overseas offices.
• Assist the Director in project administration & presentation;
• Assist the Design Director to prepare and maintain project plans in compliance with the company’s quality management system (ISO 9001:2015);
• Any other duties as assigned by the Director.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Project Management or any design related discipline with 1 years or above relevant experience;
• Good command of written and spoken English Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Strong in design sense and project management;
• Responsible, self-motivated, good team player and flexible;
• Multi-tasking, diligent and work under pressure;
• Familiar with design software like Photoshop, Sketch Up, and Autocad etc will be advantageous but not a must.
