Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent;
• At least 2 years relevant experience in IT deskside support;
• Knowledge in TCP/IP concept is an advantage;
• Solid experience in Windows & network support;
• Hands on experience in Networking, Office Automation, PC LAN Support and Windows are mandatory;

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT helpdesk and user support (include on-site support);
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware (PC, NAS, Printer, Copier) and software;
• Solve Internet, LAN connectivity problems;
• Aerial photography;
• Liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors when necessary;

More experience will be considered as Senior IT Officer;
