• Higher Certificate or Higher Diploma in Civil / Structural / Geotechnical Engineering with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience; or
• Completed top-up training course Module 5.2 (Foundation) with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience
• Qualified as T2 under Supervision Plan or equivalent
