• Degree or Diploma holder of Property Management or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management of which at least 2 years in supervisory capacity;
• Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation;
• Customer-oriented and good communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Candidates with less experience and academic qualification will be considered for the position of Property Officer / Assistant Property Officer.
