Responsibilities:

• Assist in Accounts Payable functions for APAC offices

• Record vendor invoices and expense claims, prepare payment vouchers and monitor payment due dates to ensure timely settlement

• Monitor bank and cash movements and prepare bank reconciliation statements

• Support month-end closing, input of journal entries, inter-company billings and reconciliations

• Be responsible for filing of documents

• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

 Requirements:

• Certificate or above in Accounting or related disciplines

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience

• Self-motivated, independent, willing to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)

• Immediate available or short notice preferable
