Job Description:

Key responsibilities and essential job function include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the Wine Specialist Team with data entries, assessments and warehouse tasks when needed;
• Assist the Marketing Manager during photo-shoot for catalogue production;
• Assist the Marketing Manager in implementing strategic partnerships;
• Assist the Event Manager at wine tasting events and dinners;
• Assist the Customer Service Team with client inquiries via phone/email;
• Coordinate the delivery of customer property and collection of consignment property.
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Working Hours:

• The normal working hours shall be Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
• In addition to the normal working hours specified hours, the Employee shall also work on Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM in the event auctions are being held by the Company in Hong Kong (3 to 4 times a year).

• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Interest in wine preferably.
• Good command of English and Cantonese.
