Office      : Hong Kong East Cluster 

Pay          : HK$11,810 to HK$14,926 per month 

Key Responsibilities : 

1.    Mainly deployed on general clerical duties in office relating to the following aspects:
data input, general and store administration, telephone enquiry, statistics and research, patient registration and records, counter work and public enquiries and etc.

2.    Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Entry Requirements :

1.   Completed F.5/S.5 or equivalent and possess relevant working experience; OR
2.   Completed F.5/S.5 with:

a)   Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent;
OR

b)    5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:

l Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and

l Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent.

Remarks: 

1.    Appointment will be on contract terms for up to 3 years. 5% of total basic salary as contract- end gratuity may be offered subject to completion of contract with satisfactory performance. 

2.       May be required to work shifts and irregular hours.

3.      May be required to work in another work location to meet service needs of the HA.

4.    The renewal/extension of appointment will be subject to service needs, availability of funding and job performance.
