職責：
- 負責於熱線中心解答顧客有關自由行套票查詢
- 訂單跟進及處理客人投訴
- 文書工作及資料輸入
職位要求：
- 高中程度(HKCEE/HKDSE)或以上
- 一年以上顧客服務經驗者優先
- 良好溝通技巧
