General Responsibilities:

• Install and service medical devices manufactured by Syneron-Candela on site, as well as in repair center. Focusing in Hong Kong, but also support all APAC distributors.
• Provide technical support to customers, including maintenance and operation of their devices.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance program to ensure instruments are in healthy condition.
• Working outside of normal hours may be needed on occasion.
• Participating in service contract renewals and finding new service business opportunities.
• Overseas travel is required, travel rate can be up to 50% in special occasions.
  
  

Knowledge/Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• 2 years related experience preferred, fresh graduate may also be considered
• Having service contract business experience will be a plus
• Proactive, independent and patient
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
