Duties:

To provide support and assistance in the following functions: -

• Content management-related tasks including production, printing and distribution of various HKIE publications, promotion materials and printed matters
• Writing, editing and proofreading various HKIE publicity materials
• Organising various public relations events and activities
• Co-ordinating Institution media relations activities
• Providing administrative support on the Section’s projects
• Data entry and report preparation
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in iCommunications/Translation/Language/Journalism
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and Chinese word processing, experience in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to handle multi-tasks independently
