Responsibilities:

• Review lease agreement and related legal document
• Conduct basic shop financial analysis for lease renewal or new lease evaluation
• Provide administrative support to the department
• Handle the leasing matter and property management of residential project of the group

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Administration / Real Estate / Property Management and or other related discipline
• With 1 year relevant working experience
• Capable of reviewing leasing documents independently
• Knowledge in landlord / tenancy law and leasing procedures is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing Assistant
• Fresh graduate may also be considered
