Responsibilities:

• Develop CRM strategy and customer loyalty program to meet company’s objectives;
• Develop and manage on-going campaign strategy includes segmentation of customer groups to optimize sales and retention;
• Responsible for data driven insights, build business case and budget planning for potential CRM programs;
• Review efficiency of different on-going loyalty program and future program planning;
• Perform regular competitor research, focus group and customer survey to ensure customers satisfaction; 
• Any other projects relate to grow presence in luxury retail market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Business or related disciplines;
• Minimum 8+ years experiences in CRM, loyalty program, data analytics and consumer insights;
• In-depth knowledge of CRM industry techniques.  Proven record in turning on / offline communication, events and other promotion activities into positive business results;
• Exceptional analytical, project and time management skill, able to translate data into actionable consumer insights;
• Experience in working within multichannel CRM program with a focus on customer acquisition, retention and segmentation;
• Self-motivated, attention to details and result oriented;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Proficient in both written English and Chinese.
