Duties:

• To provide necessary coordination and assistance to the organisation of forums, seminars and events (from preparation, liaison with various relevant parties to onsite execution)
• To assist in conducting studies/researches on topical issues and drafting position papers, articles and statements, etc
• To provide secretarial support to meetings and ad-hoc committees
• To assist in the co-ordination of matters relating to membership benefits
• To provide documentary support in handling disciplinary matters against members

Requirements:

• University Graduate, preferably with 1-2 years work experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Attention to details
• Strong PC skills in MC Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
