Job Duties:
1.	Assist recruitment related process and manage the talent pool;
2.	Assist in performance management，payroll preparation, compensation and benefits managerial works, appraisal evaluation and to maintain the HR information system;
3.	Responsible for carrying out employee on-board, training and resignation procedures including employee background checks, identity document inspection, maintaining personnel file and applying working visas;
4.	Arrange MPF, Employee’s compensation and medical insurance;
5.	Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors and the Company.

Requirements: 
1.	Bachelor degree or above;
2.	Over 3 years’ relevant experience in human resources daily operations;
3.	Good command of both speaking and written Chinese and English;
4.	Proficiency in PC operations, with strong sense of responsibility, moral values and team spirit, detail-minded and have good communication and coordination skills.
