Job Duty

- Handle import/export documents and processes 

- Issue PO and shipping related documents 

- Coordinating shipping issues and customs declaration 

- Monitoring orders and shipments in transit 

- Communication and coordination with customers and shipping forwarders 

Job Requirements

- Form 5 or above

- 1-2 years working experience

- Good Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 

 - Putonghua is a must

 - Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing 

- 5.5 working days  (Alternative Saturday)

- Located in  Kwun Tong area

- Immediate available is preferred
