Responsibilities:

• Formulate audit strategies and plans using a risk-based approach to assess the risks associated with the business and operation
• Supervise the PRC Internal Audit team to perform independent internal audit work for PRC subsidiaries.
• Work independently to perform internal audit work for HK and Australia companies.
• Safeguard all the  internal controls systems properly and efficiently functioning over risk management, corporate governance, financial management , operational and compliance management.
• Deliver internal audit reports with practical and value-added solutions to the business units, audit committee and senior management.
• Other ad hoc project assigned.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor degree with a CPA or  international internal auditor qualification  
• 5- 8 years Internal Audit experience of which at least 3 years in managerial level
• Have working experience in HK listed companies with PRC offices/plants is a MUST 
• Good business acumen with strong confidence and ability to deal with senior management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English, Putonhua and Cantonese
• Occasional travel to China is required
