Responsibilities:-

• Handle daily accounting operation and transactions
• Handle general ledger and vouchers preparation
• Process invoices and payments accurately and timely
• Assist in month end closing
• Prepare management reports with supporting schedules
• Assist in preparation of yearly budget and forecast
• Assist in interim/annual audit
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:-

• University graduate, major in Accounting/Finance
• Student Member of Accounting Professional organisation (e.g. HKICPA, ACCA) is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably with both commercial and audit experience
• Well versed in Microsoft Office
• Experience in accounting systems – Sun System, Vision, SAP is preferred
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Analytical mind, high accuracy and commitment, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Dynamic, able to work in a fast pace environment and meet tight deadline
