Job Description
Job Duties
- Install, move, add and change computers, printers & network devices for all Hong Kong, Macau & Asia Pacific markets' offices and stores
- Manage technicians through helpdesk for other Asia Pacific markets' IMAC incidents
- Setup and maintain office phones & voicemail boxes
- Responsible for procurement of hardware and software including but not limited to printer, network equipment & computers etc.
- Support, troubleshoot & maintain Smartphones
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of working experience in IT field
- Bachelor degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- Holder of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) is preferred
- Mature, pleasant, self-motivated, meticulous and service oriented
- Able to work independently
- Knowledge of networking, MS applications, IT security, PC/LAN and Windows platform
- Strong analytical, trustworthy, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both written & spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Immediately available is highly preferred
