Our client is a boutique property developer with a strong emphasis on crafting prime products for the market and end-users. In light of their latest expansion and continuous growth plan, they are seeking for an accomplished Financial Controller / Assistant Finance Director to head up their Finance Team. This role could be based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Report into the CFO and lead a strong team of finance professionals
• Manage the finance and treasury functions in Hong Kong
• Oversee and manage financial reporting, taxation and tax planning matters 
• Work with the Group's company secretary and legal counsel for finance related legal and compliance matters 
• Coordinate with banks and other financiers for the Group's finance related activities 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting and HKICPA qualified OR with relevant qualification
• Big 4 Accounting practices experience is most preferred but not a must
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in accounting, ideally gained from real estate developers
• Fluency in Cantonese and English, Mandarin would be advantageous
• Carry a proactive and hands-on attitude towards work

For candidates with less experience, the level Finance Manager would also be considered.
