Reporting to the Director, Business Development, the appointee will be required to:

• provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, pitching and preparing purchase requisition for outsourced services;
• handle enquiries and coordinate meetings with business partners and other stakeholders for business development projects;
• support the team for technology demonstration in the marketing events;
• work with internal and external parties to manage and execute business and promotional plans;
• manage and maintain project records and documents for the team; and
• perform any other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements:

• A diploma or above in any discipline;
• 2 years of relevant working experiences, with experience in textiles/garment industry being an advantage;
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• High proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing; and
• A good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage.
  
  

Preference will be given to those with a recognized degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
