Job Description

Our client is a global company based facility management services provider and focus for bank sector.  They are now looking for a great candidate with good attitude and communication skills to join them.

Working Location: Sheung Wan

Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee the mail room and front desk functions and personnel to insure proper sorting and distribution of all company mail, coverage of the switchboard and procedures for efficiencies and excellent customer experience
  •  
  • Manage coverage of switchboard including the receptionist, back-up coverage for breaks and lunches, and scheduling Temps as needed for vacations and time off.
  • Research and develop resources that create timely and efficient workflow.
  • Responsible for van service and repairs as needed. 

 Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 year’s office services experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
  • Good problem solving skills with the ability and understanding of when to escalate a problem to a supervisory level.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Proven customer skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
