Requirements:

Diploma Holder in Digital Media, Multi-media or TVC & Film Production Related discipline 

• 2 years minimum experience in event production/exhibition field/shopping mall decorations (will be an absolute advantage)
• Possess good time management skills to be able to juggle many projects simultaneously
• Good at communication and self-motivated & independent, responsible and able to work under tight schedule and pressure.
• Excellent sense of storytelling and production workflow
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effect
• Experiences in Non-linear editing and familiar with Final Cut Pro. / Premiere Pro / After Effect is preferred
• Must be a team player and willing to work overtime, self-initiative & motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure

Job Descriptions:

• Perform video shooting, editing and output to the required formats for interview, outdoor events, PR and marketing campaigns and in-house activities & functions within and outside Hong Kong
• Select and combine the most suitable effect/ audio clips in order to form a high entertaining video content
• Discuss video project plans with clients/supervisor to determine the appropriate video editing
• Design the production concept with the project owners aiming to enhance our company’s professional image and bring in a positive business impact to company
• Prepare detailed schedule and pre-production arrangement
• Creative, strong sense at good typography, layout, good color and marketing sense
• Self-motivating, creative, energetic, a positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as an integral part of the team, share ideas openly and work towards the common goal of the team
• Must be open to new ideas and enjoy working with a creative team
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details and a good team player, creative, energetic and independent with excellent critical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Communicate and collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to facilitate the creative process
• Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with other creative team members.
