Job Description

Mission

The Fendi in-store Stylists enhance the Fendi Mania collection desirability and boost the related sales opportunities by providing disruptive inspiration and consistent fashion advice to all the relevant stakeholders within the selected Fendi Key Stores & Markets.

 

The Fendi in-store Stylists contribution is aimed at equipping the Store Staff with: 

  • a new eye on the Client’s needs discovery
  • Creative - Fashion Styling Touch, inspiring the Client to desire a Fendi Look
  • a deepen awareness about the potential of the Fendi Mania collection in terms of mix & match
  • As a result, a renewed (cross) selling capability leveraging the Fendi Mania collection
  • The Fendi in-store Stylists play an extraordinary role in bringing the Fendi Mania vision into the Client life, starting from the disruptive new inspiration brought within the Store’s environment

 

Main Activities

  • Receive a brief on the Fendi Mania collection by the Designers, empathizing with their vision
  • Contribute to bring to life the Fendi Mania collection and create new looks around it, properly supporting the image the Client desires to project
  • Share their knowledge, their insights and their feedbacks with the Store Staff on a daily basis, focusing on the opportunities to “play” with the Fendi Mania collection in order to inspire and engage the Client
  • Partner the Client Advisors during their selling interactions and, when proper, contribute in first person (as the “Fendi Mania Style Advisor”) to propose the most suitable mix & matches. Enhance the cross-selling opportunities
  • Train on relevant topics during the morning Briefings (I.e. body shapes, skin tones and colours/basic combinations, wardrobing, accessorizing a silhouette, cultural traits & buying habits for styling, market & competitors, lifestyle and fashion trends, Fendi Mania mix & match with the other in-store collections - how to mix materials, fabrics and prints)

 

Profile

  • New graduates in a prestigious fashion School, holding a Degree in Fashion Styling.  No former working experiences needed
  • Fashion Trends Knowledge (Awareness of art, fashion design and fashion history; colour schemes and designer labels; fashion clientele and target populations etc.)
  • Stylist Knowledge (Understanding of different faces and body shapes; Knowledge of different body types and how to dress them in the most flattering way etc.)
  • Able to deeply understand and represent the Millennials’ values, needs and communication style
  • Imaginative, creative, disruptive and learning agility
  • Active listening, open mind-set and empathic
  • Interpersonal savvy, cooperation and effective communication
  • Inspirational leadership
